My blocks won't show up in SAM Space. What do I do?

Things to look out for and try if your blocks are not appearing in SAM Space:

  • Make sure the Bluetooth setting on your device is turned on.
  • Make sure the blocks are turned on and you see a red light.
  • Try closing and reopening the app.

Note: If the blocks are still not appearing and you have a Chromebook or Android device, make sure location services are enabled in the Google Admin Console.
