I need to replace a block but I don't know the batch number or date of purchase. What do I do?
If you need to replace a block but don't know the batch number or date of purchase, please check the email you used to purchased the kit. You would have received an email with these details once your kit had shipped. If you can't find the email, simply write 'unknown' for the section labeled 'Batch Number' and an estimation of the date in which you purchased the kit when on the replacement sheet.
