At SAM Labs we work very hard to deliver the highest quality products to you. If your kit is faulty in any way, please complete and submit the form at https://replace.samlabs.com/.  We will do our best to fix the issue or replace the kit to your satisfaction. You are entitled to a full refund including the cost of shipping if you wish to return the faulty kit. Please do not wait more than 90 days after receipt to report problems or defective products, otherwise we will not be able to service the report. All merchandise returns for a refund or credit must occur within 90 days and the product must be in new, resalable condition.
