The STEAM lesson says to use a block/virtual block, what does that mean?

Some of the STEAM lesson plans use blocks that don't come with the STEAM Course Kit. A Virtual block can be used in place of a block if you don't have it, allowing you to complete the lesson plan without the physical blocks.
