      The SAM Studio installation isn’t working. Why?

      Potential Causes and Fixes for installing the SAM Studio app:

      • One or more firewalls are blocking your access to the app store. Contact your administrator to unblock the store.
      • An administrator has disabled certain apps (in which case SAM Studio will show up as Not Found). Contact your administrator to unblock the app.
      • Your account is limited to ten installations. If you’ve already installed the SAM Studio app on ten devices, you will have to create a new account or use a different account such as an education organization account.
