We want you to be 100% satisfied with your SAM Kit. All unopened kits, individual modules and other products are eligible for return within 30 days of receipt. We unfortunately cannot reimburse you for the cost of shipment. For your peace of mind and ours, please send the return back via recorded delivery and retain the tracking number. We will refund the cost of the kit to the credit or debit card (or other payment method) used to pay. You will receive the refund within 5 working days of us receiving it. If you have any questions about selecting the right kits, placing an order, or arranging a return please contact shipments@samlabs.com for assistance.
Important Note: It is your responsibility to pack the returned product appropriately and with enough protection so that it arrives undamaged. We will not be able to refund any products that arrive damaged to our location.
