I think I have a broken wireless block and need a replacement. What do I do?
It may not be broken! If you are concerned you have a broken wireless block, please see whether fully charging it and “resetting” solves the problem first. If you still think you need to replace your block, please complete and submit the form at https://replace.samlabs.com/ to request a replacement. Once completed, a team member will be in touch with you shortly to replace your block.
